An uplifting treatment using 100% natural & local Plant Essentials foot scrub. Foot scrub followed by massage to put some spring into step.

A stimulating treatment using 100% natural & local Plant Essentials body scrub. Ideal treatment for before massage.

Hair Treatment and Scalp Massage:
A deeply relaxing & scalp massage using all natural & 100% local Plant Essentials hair treatment. A beautiful way to end your bodywork session. To be washed out at home.

Polynesian Floorwork:
Fusion of Polynesian floorwork, range of movement, assisted stretching & Zen Thai Shiatsu. A great way to begin a session via movement & stretching before receiving your massage. Or a standalone treatment.

Usui Reiki:
Traditional Usui Reiki session. Can be performed before your massage to assist you to sink into deeper relaxation & regulate your nervous system or after your massage session for a peaceful repose after receiving your massage.

Torus Bio-resonance Therapy:
Torus-bioresonance therapy is a no contact therapy. Using state of the art torus technology in which sound frequency is run through the torus into the therapy room. This is a deeply beautiful add-on to your therapy. Frequencies are selected according to your intentions/goals for your sessions.

Bodywork Enhancers
Torus Bio-resonance Therapy:
Using crystal & basalt hot stones on the body to promote deeper unwinding. Stones may be used as working stones (gliding on the body) or placement stones (stationary on targeted areas).

Myofascial Cupping Inclusion:
Flame cupping using glass cups. Placement on targeted areas to assist deeper release & unwinding of muscle & fascia.

Metaphysical Medicines:
For existing clients only. Metaphysical Medicines sessions are a spark to ignite your remembering. Part journeywork, part meditation, part transmutation of story. Metaphysical Medicines are a unique set of processes in which you take the reigns as self-healer. Metaphysical medicines are a ‘talk’ experience. Perfect for starting a deep session where clients intention is defined. Stories are examined, cleansed & re-written. Gentle & effective treatment supporting you through a trauma-informed lens.
